This colorful fish got left behind when the tide went out, and I caught it hanging out in a small pool of water waiting for the tide to come back in. This is the humuhumunukunukuāpuaa, State Fish of Hawaii in his (or her?) natural environment.

I really miss the tide pools in Hawaii. watching and playing in them as a child was way better than TV.
